What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. For African institutions, we also support M-Pesa and other mobile money providers. Enterprise clients can pay by invoice.
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered nonprofits, secondary schools, and institutions in developing countries. Contact us for details.
What counts as an alumni contact?
An alumni contact is any active record in your database — alumni, current students, parents, donors, or other community members. Deleted or archived contacts do not count towards your limit.
