Can I try Alumnipad before committing?
Yes. Starter comes with a 14-day free trial, and Professional and Enterprise with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. The Free plan (up to 50 members) is free forever.
What payment methods do you accept?
Today, we invoice you monthly and you pay by bank transfer. M-Pesa and card payments (Visa, Mastercard) are being wired up next — ask us if you want to be part of the pilot. Enterprise clients can pay by invoice (monthly or annually).
Can I change plans later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?
Yes. We offer special pricing for registered nonprofits, secondary schools, and institutions in developing countries. Contact us for details.
What counts as a member?
A member is any active record in your association’s database — alumni, current students, parents, donors, or other community members. Deleted or archived records do not count towards your plan limit.
