For old boys, old girls and old students associations

Everything a school alumni association runs

Secondary-school alumni associations carry a lot: a class rep for every year, a reunion every December, a project or bursary for the old school, and a committee that changes every few years. Alumnipad keeps it in one place that the next committee inherits. Associations such as the Old Starehian Society and Precious Blood Riruta already use it (see case studies).

• Class groups for every year out, with class reps as group admins.
• Reunions and homecomings with RSVPs and tickets.
• School projects and bursaries as fundraising causes with targets and progress.
• Membership plans such as annual, life and friends-of-the-school.
• Mentorship between old students and current students.
• Elections for the committee, held online.
• A member site in your school’s name, crest and colours (paid plans).

Frequently asked questions

Can each class have its own group?

Yes. Create a group for every year out and make the class rep its admin; classes can post, share and organise within their group.

Can we fundraise for our old school?

Yes. Create a cause for a building project, bursary or scholarship fund with a target, and members see the progress.

Does it work for old students associations outside Kenya?

Yes. Old students associations anywhere can use Alumnipad; members sign in from any country.

Can the school's alumni office and the association both use it?

Yes. Admins from the school and the association committee can share the same organisation with different roles.
