Alumni advancement software for schools, colleges and universities

Advancement joins alumni relations, fundraising and communications. Alumnipad puts all three on one platform, at a price schools can afford.

Advancement without an enterprise budget

Advancement offices build lifelong relationships with alumni and turn them into support for the institution: volunteering, mentoring and giving. The big advancement systems are built for large universities, with long contracts and per-user pricing; Salesforce lists its Education Cloud advancement edition at USD 350 per user per month (October 2026) (Salesforce). Alumnipad gives schools, colleges and universities the core of advancement on one platform:

  • Alumni relations: a current alumni database and directory, chapters, class groups and events.
  • Giving: fundraising causes for scholarships, buildings and endowments, with targets and live progress.
  • Communications: email, SMS and official WhatsApp campaigns by class, chapter or giving history.
  • Student and career links: mentorship between alumni and students, and job and internship opportunities.
  • Governance: membership plans, AGMs and online elections for the alumni association.

For institutions and their alumni associations together

Many schools work alongside an independent alumni association. On Alumnipad the institution’s advancement team and the association’s committee can share one organisation with different admin roles, so events, causes and messages are coordinated rather than duplicated.
