Frequently asked questions

Do we need our own sender name?

No. You can send on the shared ALUMNIPAD sender name. If your association wants its own sender name, it can be registered with the mobile networks and used instead.

Can we send to just one class or chapter?

Yes. Choose members by class year, chapter, group, membership plan or status, or upload a list.

Can SMS go out with WhatsApp and email?

Yes. Write the message once and choose the channels; members who are not on WhatsApp still get the SMS.
